Staff routinely ignores delivery drivers waiting at the counter to give order info even though they specifically request that we do that UPDATE: they fired a lot of the old staff and have definitely changed for the better so I have raised my rating by one star. It still can be a pain as a delivery driver to get the attention of staff in order to pickup completed orders, but they were like INSANELY rude before.
