I ordered at the drive-thru and asked for a lot of hot sauce packets for my $5 Luxe-box meal. They gave me barely enough
Came by on 9/22/25 and Alejandro served us, he was very respectful. We wanted to add something last minute since we forgot, we weren't able to and he said we'd have to go back around which we would've been okay with however there was a girl who very openly said that Alejandro was being too nice to us and she would've just been "an asshole" we did not catch her name but that was very disrespectful and by the time we were leaving we realized they never handed us our drink. Even though you guys laughed and made fun of me cause I didn't know the crunchy tacos were beef, I gave you 4 stars anyway because of the young man who helped me with my order. Also even though you guys were so busy worrying about my taco and making fun of me, you forgot to give me my cup for the Pepsi. I don't drink pop anyway. Have a great day!!
The amount of times we’ve come here and they tell us they are closed before they actually are. Twice already this week and we came at 11:20 they claimed the system was down but I worked here last year and I know it wasn’t. I will be contacting the regional manager as well as the main manager because if it says your open till midnight stay open. Change your hours if it’s that much of an issue. Fix your crew. It’s ruining your store.
