At the front desk i was waiting on my food (already waiting 30 minutes by the way), and we had a worker come up to the counter and say very rudely “whoever ordered a ice cream taco we don’t have that so what else do you want” and again it was EXTREMELY rude. Then we spoke back saying what we want and one of our other friends chimed in and said what we want and the worker began to say “Well i’m not talking to you so.” I have never experienced this at a fast food restaurant and it was very rude. People in the back were very rude. Yelling in the work environment and yelling and giving attitude to customers as well is very disrespectful. i’ve been waiting for about 30 minutes for me food. this is unacceptable.
Amazing Customer Service experience Provided by Lacey, Brian, Ryan, Zoe, Amber & Twan. I must say the store was clean. Employees were all working. Food was made to perfection. When I walked in the door. I was greeted with a genuine smile and acknowledged my order was also double checked, and repeated back to me, and I really appreciate that I will definitely be coming back to give you guys my business.
First off the service is autonomous! And the cinnamon balls were old and stale! Was extremely disappointing and usuallly they are ok with their food at least!! Just really unhappy with this experience
Short Hispanic manager on duty 08/26/2026 at 7:30pm eastern. Is extremely rude and cussing along with his crew members he is not taken accountability for his crew actions or even helping customers hes more worried about times and drive thru which is causeing his product and orders to be messed up and incorrect I would recommend looking into his professional performance honestly
