The Crunchwrap Supreme is absolutely the best! The staff is incredibly friendly, which adds to the positive experience. However, I’ve noticed that the prices have become quite high recently. I also find it frustrating to interact with an AI at the drive-thru; I wish they would reconsider this approach. Additionally, for the mobile-app, it would be more convenient if customers could provide a code at the drive-thru instead of their real names.
I was there last night and got word that Natty or Netty, “I hope I didn’t spell it too wrong” is leaving. She’s always been a joy to talk to and of course has always kept you in good spirits with the short time you have at the window. Overall amazing service and I wish her the best.
25 minutes wait in the drive-through tonight while door dashing. 1 AM. Once I got the food it was ice cold. Customer was upset. I was going to cancel the order though once you’re in the drive through you can’t pull out. No regard to peoples time
