Friendly staff, clean, not busy fast service
Store 6780 Taco Bell is disgusting. Floors were filthy with old cheese, beef, and lettuce crumbs everywhere, like they hadn’t been cleaned since the day before. Tables and chairs were dirty throughout the entire restaurant, even though they had just opened for the day. The windows look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. This is the worst taco bell in Lakeland by far. I left without my order after seeing the employee dig in her braids and go back to preparing a burrito 🤮 the whole staff working tonight should go in the trash
Pulled to the drive thru to order taco salad was told they only have small(mini) taco salad so I started ordering and then was stopped to be told thats an online special and has to be order online! I went on the taco bell app under this location and went under every tab and no taco salad was available or on the site!
I never had a bad experience here friendly staff and good food.
