Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to probably. The wait times for food in the drive through are crazy, idk if they are understaffed or what but it always takes way longer than it should to get my food. They usually mess up some part of my order, but it’s usually something small like not giving me sauces. I think this location only does well because of its proximity to BYU, because it has nothing else going for it.
DO NOT PLACE MORE THAN 2 ONLINE ORDERS, THEY WILL DECLINE YOU AND MAKE YOU REWAIT THEOUGH THE ENTIRE LINE FOR THE THIRD OR MORE. They have some weird policy not permitting more than 2 online orders per car. And will cause a fuss for picking it up inside since it's a "drive through pick up." Makes no sense. Horrible customer experience. It's pretty normal for people to have different friends pay online but be in the same car. This is terrible service and needs to change. Yummy does that look good and the even slid my burrito across that counter without a wrapper tight tight
It was faster to go inside.. My parents love the tacos!
