Staff was rude and condescending aside from 1 person. Food arrived cold and with barely anything included. And the Nachos Supreme Dip...like what is this??? Like I even added a photo of what it should look like and it was always close to that when I bought it before. But this time it was a complete lump with the sauce pooled around.
As soon as I drove into the drive thru I could already tell the service was going to suck. The lady in the drive thru had attitude, the guy who helped us pay for our order had attitude and the lady who handed us our food also had attitude. They were all rolling their eyes at me and my fianc� the whole time. All I have to say is if your going to work somewhere public don’t be rude‼ especially when the people your serving are respectful to you from the start
I placed a mobile order. When we got to the speaker we waited for 5 minutes without anyone speaking to us. We pulled forward to the window and the employee told us we couldn’t get our food because he needed to check us in and that we needed to pull all the way back around through the line. He was condescending and super unkind. We then waited for 30 minutes. There was absolutely no rush for us to get our food and everyone inside was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. My order was also incorrect.
Love this place
Really dirty restaurant today, both in the lobby and behind the counter. I had to point out a large spider running on the floor behind the counter as well when I grabbed my order. Just makes me concerned for whether they're following health and safety protocols. Probably gonna avoid this Taco Bell location in favor of others for now. It's always been an especially dirty location, frankly.
