Absolutely horrible, I walked in and they pretended like I was transparent. I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The guy had an attitude, and was rude. I walked right out and will never come back. If I owned that restaurant id fire the entire staff immediately.
Stopped for lunch, their we're 2 guys ordering from both kiosk, 1 guy waiting in line behind them. No one at the counter so my wife goes there. Guy walked up and told my wife she could order from kiosk. My wife told him she didn't want to wait, guy told her
Always check your order. There are missing items when we get the order via drive-thru. We have seen this issue with many taco bell locations and especially the prosper location.
There were 4 cars in front of me and it took 1 hr 10 mims to get food from drive thru. Food was made poorly. I won't be stopping here again though its the second closest tb to me.
Worst taco bell ever. Will not get your order right. Make sure to check your bag after your hour wait
