Tacos were soggy and fell through the bag and they weren't wrapped properly when the bag ripped open several of the tacos hit the floor and splattered all over our kitchen floor. The tacos hardly had meat in them. Had tons of sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes but a very small drop on one end of several tacos. This isn't the first time we have had this happen.
They took 30mins in the drive thru line very slow service.
Items are frequently missing from my orders. This is the second time it has happened, which is really disappointing. Please improve order accuracy.
