asked for no onions, got extra onions, asked for light ice, got 2/3 of my cup filled with ice. i was asked to repeat myself both times and politely repeated myself slightly louder.
When you order your food and you open up your food an it ain’t nothing but bread and a sprinkle of meat and nothing else this isn’t a chalupa this is scrap and a disappointment. Customer service and satisfaction is below zero this is the stuff that causes unnecessary situations because the people that’s suppose to be giving you quality service and food decides to play with money and your food and don’t give a care in the world. Boycott Taco Bell!
I ordered over 95 dollars worth of taco bell for there to me next to no meat. Our potatoes were crusty and burnt. And I think the employees are giving 5 star reviews bcz this place is total trash. They have good customer service but very very crappy cooking and food isn't fresh
Look, I'm not the kind of person to leave negative reviews all that often. I'm certainly not the kind of person to review fast food chains either, but i've finally just had enough of this location. I was just telling my friend last night to go to another location and why and got a text back later "I got home and my cheese wasn't melted."
