July 9th at around 7 to 730pm I went thru the drive thru and ordered what I thought was a pretty simple straightforward order, 3 chicken soft tacos no lettuce add sour cream and guacamole. I get home it's 3 chicken soft taco all with lettuce and no cheese on all of them. And 2 out of 3 soft tacos were missing sour cream. How does this constantly happen at this taco bell?
