Update 06/26.... A year later and they're still messing up. Place order 15 minutes ahead of time and they didn't even know it was in the system there waiting. I walked out. Prior review: They double checked the order and still messed it up. It also took long considering I placed the order in the app ahead of time. Tight and confusing parking lot. No napkins in to go order. All else was as expected.
