Fast convenient
Tonight (3-12-26) we placed an order and the lady at the window had giving us a medium freeze when we had ordered a large, when my wife kindly asked is this a large she said “you didn’t order a large” my wife replied yes I did. Then very rudely the lady said do you want it or not… Very inappropriate and disrespectful. It puts a bad name onto Taco Bell. We paid for a large so obviously we want our large and to not be disrespected. My wife just took the medium because she was very upset on how the lady treated her.
The Shelbyville, KY is always great. Fast and friendly service, very professional Last visit was a little unsettling. From an employee yelling out obscene to other employees with the side door wide open to a large group of kids being extremely loud and disrespectful. Huge difference between night shift and day shift. I would give up ease and just hit the drive thru than have another experience like that
The customer service tonight was amazing the girl at the window was so friendly and so helpful with my large order, she made we had everything we ordered and gave us plenty of sauce for a family of 6
