Ordered on the kiosk — fine. Everything after that wasn't. Slow service, then my drinks were missing from my order. Stood at the counter 10 minutes, ignored the whole time, before anyone bothered to make them. Ridiculous. Do better.
Ordered a Mexican pizza online and decided to go inside cos the line is long like always. It took over 30 minutes just to get this pizza. Cashier was clueless, the cook was clueless cos she didn't speak English and the other cook was even more so useless. They were laughing and enjoying themselves while I stood there waiting for a pizza that should have been wait. I was very disappointed with my visit to this Taco Bell. The restaurant was dirty, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. What concerned me the most was seeing what appeared to be black mold around the soda fountain. If that's what it is, it needs to be addressed immediately because it could pose a health risk. The dining area also looked neglected and messy, making the entire experience unpleasant.
