Estaba esta noche 4/26/26 asiendo entregas de comida llegue a la tienda y se encontraba una larga fila de carro más de 20 carros me bajé del auto pasé por la ventana porque la tienda estaba cerrada , les dige una pequeña mentira para recoger mi orden después salieron de la tienda y me ofendieron me mandaron a largarme de hay y solo ofensas a mi persona ese lugar no lo recomiendo

Home of the 45 minute drive through and the worst service in SLC. Seriously. I sat 35 minutes trapped in a drive through line just to watch the car in front of me after sitting 10 minutes at the speaker get told "you can just come inside and wait or come back another time." No sweetie, we can't. We are trapped in your drive through lane. If you are short staffed or whatever then it's time to be a big girl and close the store or put up a sign or SOMETHING. I wish I could give 0 stars for service. The girl working the drive-thru window was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed just to take an order—literally huffing and puffing the entire time. She mentioned to a coworker she was starting work at Wawa, which might help management identify her. Either way, this kind of attitude really reflects poorly on the location. Customer service shouldn’t feel hostile.
This is a good Taco Bell. Fast and friendly drive through. Good service and food. Eva is AWESOME!
