So, Denise. She really is an asset to this location. With over a 30 minutes wait for our food with no explanation aside from the young man working the drive through on 10/19 approx. 5:45 aside from “it’ll be right out.” Denise took the time to come and discuss what the exact reason for the delay was instead of “I already told you, just a minute.” The wait for the food, sucks but it happens, but the unprofessionalism displayed in the temper the drive through worker was what made the experience less than positive. Food is ok, but waiting over 30 min in the drive thru is crazy. They are another under staffed fast food place that is consistently getting bad reviews. The "franchise owner" bot has got to be stressed replying with promises to make it better. I am sitting in the line as I read all the reviews and responses, and even type out my own. This place actually takes 1 hour to get through the drive through, not stellar. if you want to eat do not go here, you will be dead by malnutrition by the time you get your food. 🩷
They are beyond slow, CONSTANTLY have smashed food on the ground, playing rap music on big speakers, and NEVER have orders handed out to the right people nor in order to they are very unorganized and non of them have respect.
