Waited 20 min, nobody said a word to me the whole time I stood there. I understand you're busy and probably short staffed but have the decency and customer service to at least acknowledge the people standing in the lobby.
This location has gone downhill in many ways from personal experience, but it also really depends on the time of day that someone visits. The day shift workers are excellent and knock things out quickly, while the night shift tend to lack attention to detail and are slow. Get it together Taco Bell.
wrong drinks after they even confirmed what it was supposed to be, didn't even cut the quesadillas, such poor quality i'm so disappointed, lady at the window was really nice at least
Ordered on app, picked up at drive thru. All tacos were broken, several in multiple pieces. Ordered 8 hot sauce for tacos, no sauce in bag.
