8/15/25 I waited at the front counter for my order to be taken from 6:16 to 6:42 in the evening. 26 minutes. At 6:25 the woman who was telling the others what to do, said to me from the back that they would be a second, to use the kiosk. They were sending order after order, non stop, through the drive thru. People would come in behind me and then leave. There is no care for the customer, no care for the loss of revenue due to lack of service. Update: just tell me you don’t want me here instead of give someone this! I pay extra to get large and you fill it with less than a small? You are a messed up person just tell me you’re out!
Would give zero stars if possible. The place is always out of stuff to make a basic taco. Most of the time you get asked if your willing to wait 45 minutes to get your order taken.
Just really bad. 0 effort assembling the order. Not much else to say.
