I went in, there was an elderly man having trouble with the computer kiosk. A man and his daughter came in behind me. The man behind me asked if there was anyone at the counter, no one answered so they left. The elderly gentleman, clearly frustrated, asked for help and no one came a young customer finally came and placed his order for him. I also had some problems with the kiosk as some of the buttons didn't work well. I finally got my order in and moved to the counter to pay cash.
