The AI drive through attendant could not be more useless. Insanely inefficient staff. Management clearly has zero clue what they are doing
They were busy and the employees were just kids, no more than 25 years old, they did their best but were running about 15 minutes behind.
You now have to order through an AI bot that kept saying it was out of items and adding things we didn’t want until we got a real person. Got to the window and asked if others were having issues with the bot to be told “no just you”. Glad I’m not a regular and that all the new items were shit so I don’t have to experience this again.
So damn slow at this location..
