The staff was unhelpful and seemed to be judging my family. When I asked to speak with a manager, the situation worsened, as a worker acted in a confrontational manner. I then requested a refund so we could leave. They took a long time to process the refund, but I eventually received my money back. We went to Wendy's next door, which was a much better and cheaper experience.
A girl named Maria works here and she is the manager and her way of speaking is very bad and she is always angry . Her way of speaking is not right . Whenever I go she talks arrogantly.
Its ok but it can improve service wise
I ordered two of the two pack cinnabons (4). They gave me one of the two pack cinnabons (2). I went to the counter, showed them my receipt, and they gave me ONE CINNABON. So now I only have three out of the four that I ordered... What the heck?
