Today I had the worst experience in the world at this location. I do not recommend going to this location in particular as it ruins the experience of the chain. They burned my tortilla, they didn't give me napkins, and on top of that, they gave me the wrong drink. Sadly, the worst experience today.
placed an order an hour before close then arrived at 12:20 so they could work on it. arrived to an automated message stating they were closed so i parked and tried to cancel the order on the app when a different customer appeared and the girl decided they wanted to serve him. workers clearly tried closing early and were upset over late orders. all of a sudden my order appeared after i skipped the mic and waited directly behind the other guy to cancel the order. she told me she couldn’t give me a refund or cancel it because o... read more

The food was cold however they have a great customer service.
