Service and food quality has taken a nose dive recently. On a recent visit, my order was wrong. Mistakes happen, so I blew it off. Tonight I placed my order at the drive through, asking for Combo #1. The voice said "Anything else"? I asked if he knew if I wanted regular or supreme tacos, and his response was "you can have it either way". I think he missed the point I was making: he didn't ask which type I wanted. We got it sorted out, but I'm not sure he was aware anything needed to be sorted out. My order wasn't complete. Worst taco bell in the area. Idk who taught dude to make tacos but i got nearly nothing on my taco. Actually, this aint even a taco it’s pure shell.
Robert took my order on Halloween and did great. Friendly, order was perfect as well. Give the man a raise. Compliments to the cook as well!
