We came here with a group and were forced to go through the drive thru twice. We assumed it would be better to place a mobile order, and then place the other order in person so that we wouldnt be rude by trying to place two orders in one trip. They refused to let us pick up the mobile order (that we placed ahead of time, and paid for) while placing an order in the drive thru. Fast service nice employees
This experience with the service and workers was horrible. It started off when we got there and all the doors were locked. The food was good as usual but this is the second time that they completely messed up our order and left items out. When we tried to confront the workers about the mishap, they refused to take accountability and refused to provide us with the food items that we paid for. But this isn’t it.
