This experience with the service and workers was horrible. It started off when we got there and all the doors were locked. The food was good as usual but this is the second time that they completely messed up our order and left items out. When we tried to confront the workers about the mishap, they refused to take accountability and refused to provide us with the food items that we paid for. But this isn’t it. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! Check your order before leaving the drive through/counter. This is the second time we experienced missing items from the order and employees don’t care..
This restaurant is one of a few that serve breakfast. Unfortunately, where I work, it's microwave and / or food warmer. You know the places that I am speaking of(BK- McD.). On Sundays, the management and staff are all exceptional! Hot food and great customer service are the winning concepts at this restaurant.
