I went there after an online pickup order and then went home. Just then I noticed that, apparently, they forgot half of the items that I ordered. Besides that, the place is ok 👍
I come here all the time and i literally dont think they have gotten my order correct on the first try once.
I'm going a solid 4/5 because the drive-thru experience is great and going in is a death sentence. Drive-thru is fast, they never forget items, add plenty of sauce packets. They're quick and courteous. One time I did in-store pickup. I waited for 45 minutes. I also went in to pick up the baja blast pie when they had it and it took them 15 minutes just to see me at the front counter
It's ok to have a complicated system to help streamline everything its not ok to not teach your employees how that system works.
