The lady’s in the front were really rude made my food wrong repeatedly and continued to “make it my problem”
Had a horrible experience with the woman working the night shift drive through speaker. She was incredibly rude and messed up my order and refused to fix it. Everything was incorrect. She was super aggressive and gave the whole store a bad reputation. I will not be going back to this location, especially not during the night shift while she's working. She clearly hates her job and hates the customers. I'd give it negative stars if I could. She should not be working a job where she has to deal with the public.
Literally sit in the drive thru for my whole lunch break and when I finally go in the employees are too busy arguing to even take my order so I wasted my whole break and never received any food.
No one at the front counter the entire 10 minutes I was there; never even came close to filling the order (2 items missing, others with wrong ingredients and other items were in the wrong boxes. Overall the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to; and I've definitely delt with some bad ones.
