I order online for a pick-up order, my wife goes to get the food and instead of food she receives nothing but excuses on why they can only make 1 item of our 4 item order and are apparently incapable of refunding me, telling me I have to refund through the app but the only option on the app is to call taco bell, all the while I'm on the phone with my wife who is in the store now claiming they can't give me the General managers phone number? This is the kind of Tace Bell you avoid. There is nothing fast about the food here. I've observed workers here moving at a glacial, unbothered pace.
