The store is staffed by blacks who are probably the most racist I've encountered. I was ignored by the staff and had to ask to be served. The supposedly manager avoided eye contact, looked down and it was hard to see her eyes under her 1 1/2" eyelashes. When my order was ready the staff member threw it on the counter without saying it was my order. I had to look in the bag to determine if it was mine. Worst service ever. Always get refused service for some reason. They prioritize delivery of people waiting in line workers are always rude as hell. This makes the 4th or 6th time that workers don't want to work and do there jobs.
Food was good, food prep and service was slow.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I have an allergy to beef only when I eat something that has touched beef directly or beef. I asked for my tacos without beef and made them aware it was due to an allergy. I got my tacos with beef and when I reordered my tacos I was given a hard taco shell with only cheese. The lady on headset was extremely rude and insisted I was lying and that “they always follow substations and requests”
