1 car at a time through the drive thru. They don't take the next order till the car has left the window. Managing the flow nice and slow, makes it real convenient for the staff. Irritating at the least, but to send you away after an excessinve wait time missing items? BAD. Assuming manager and district manager are more focused on window time vs actually making money. Won't be back for a while.
The girl that served me today was amazing! I’ve never seen her at this location before but I loved her! It was an online order so I don’t have her name but she deserves recognition
My fiance and I ordered our burritos ahead of time on the app and when we rolled up to the drive thru we were greeted promptly by a friendly voice. At the window we met Ken (McKenna) who was super kind, professional and gave us the best service ever! Our food was perfect as well. 10/10
Can’t get your order right, and then are horribly mean to you when you say something about it. No one at the restaurant at all. We’re the only customers. I don’t eat fast food often so when I do I just want it to be right :( and not have people treat you like crap when you say something about it.
