The manager threw a Baja blast on me and refused to give me my food at the window and told me it wasn’t ready when they handed me a cold box
This might’ve been the worst drive through experience I’ve ever had. Apparently, it’s store policy to only be able to pickup two online orders at a time or you have to circle around. So we unfortunately had to circle around three times because we were picking group orders. Not only does that not make any sense at all, it wastes our time and the employee’s time. Order was 6 crunchy taco’s no lettuce. They gave me them with lettuce so I called and went back for replacements. This time they only gave me 5 taco’s. And one was completely broken in half. Will never go back again worst service I ever had anywhere.
Did a mobile order for dinner tonight. My son brought the order home & realized they handed him the wrong order. He called & had to drive another 35 minutes to get the Right order. The order still wasn’t right!! The chalupa shell was burnt & falling apart,cinnamon twists were stale & globs of sour cream when we ordered no sour cream!! This is terrible! Some elementary school kids could do better than this! This is Simply employees that just Don’t care!!! Unacceptable! 😡😡
