It took them 10 minutes to get the simplest order and there was no one else in line or inside.. it always takes this location forever and the food is almost ALWAYS incorret. Workers are rude as hell and act like you're inconveniencing them by even being there . Window worker is rude as hell just toss your food at you out the window at you and close the door

Let me just tell you Ratta is the best. She has such an amazing personality. She instantly improves your day when you see her.
i reached the speaker in the drive thru, proceeded to pull up the app on my phone for points & the worked tells me to drive around n come back thru because it effects their time.. & how they expect customers to have it ready. as she was saying that to me, my code pulled up on the app and i drove off!! worry more about the customer experience & not 10-15 seconds for someone to pull up the app for points.
