I come here often. I always go through the drive through. The only thing I have to say is they upcharge on extra fixings like sour cream and things. I want them but never buy them because I think its a rip off. They should give you 1 free and if you want extra then charge. But the food is ok for the price and the staff is good people. I eat her alot.
The restaurant looks great, the customer service is horrible, and the wait time is even worse. Clearly, they prioritize the online and drive over customers in the store. I watched multiple cars go through the drive while the 5 employees in the store ignored me standing at the counter. This is possibly the worst experience and worse tacobell I have visited.
