This place is horrible I order from the machine because i had cash and i placed another order online with ONE burrito. I simply asked when i went to pay could u please add that burrito to the order so i wont have to bags. He then charges me with another burrito as if i didnt show him the mobile order picture with it already paid , then i told him i never said to add it to the cart add it to the bag because i already paid for the burrito online. They barely put anything in the tacos and chalupas. They don’t help you if you have any questions. The employees are so rude. I went out to pick up my order and they started making the food after I arrived, even though I was there AT the pickup time. I don’t even think they paid attention to my order. They were suggesting I should get a Pepsi, even though I ordered another drink. Why would I get a drink I don’t want? They didn’t even wrap the food right and liquid dripped all over me. The entire experience was unpleasant. The cashier wouldn’t allow me to use the restroom. Thought the establishment had more than 20 seatings.
