The last few months have gone down hill. A few weeks ago I was turned away after walking, they had their lobby locked before they were supposed to so I went to the window. I explained that I had a disability that kept me from driving. I was told that didn't matter. Whatever, ADA be damned I guess. Tonight we bit the bullet and ordered because my ankle is injured so I couldn't walk anywhere. We ordered the mini taco salads. Do not go here!! Absolute trash. Molded drinks, missing meat from products. No forks, napkins, or sauces,. Was rude and snarky when they handed the phone off to one of their buddies instead of an actual manager and then try to gaslight me saying "I totally made that I know I did it right," even though I have it to show that it's not. They also hate people with disabilities and have openly mocked them within the store! Should be shut down!!
I got absolutely drenched in rain waiting to get acknowledgment at the order kiosk. Drove to the window and got denied service. Waited for 20 minutes in line just to get told to get back in the back
Drive thru worker sound dead, inside, burritos mad correctly but wrapped wron resulting in th wri g burrito bein eaten by the wrong person
I had a free burrito from here and that's all I got, It was so hot and full and delicious I had to write a 5 star two bites in. Real love in that bite, thank you :')
