They only cater to the drive-through people first from what I’ll learn from my experiences. When there’s people like us that do online delivery services such as DoorDash, GrubHub, Uber eats, they need to make our customers order first before the drive-through or online orders. We have jobs To do, not waste time for 20 to 30 minutes for our Customers orders.

I went to pick up two online orders and was told that I they are unable to do that and I would have to pull back around into the drive thru to pick up my second order. I have picked up multiple orders at a time at this location on multiple occasions one being just last week. When pulling around to the windows the first employee was very kind and understanding while the manager lady at the other window had yelled at me twice for no reason and was just being absolutely disrespectful, not to mention my order was made incorrectl... read more
