Stuck in drive thru for over an hour only to completely screw up my order. Very unhappy.

I placed an online order at 9:08pm, got in line around 9:15 and waited until 9:50pm for my food. It takes effort to be this bad at pumping out fast food. I only had 3 items and the people in front of me had barely anything as well.
