I ordered tacos with no cheese and they can’t even get that right. Didn’t give me any sauce either.

Waited 40 minutes for 2 lux boxes. I could have had a sit down meal for that kind of time. Need I say more? Manager would not speak with guests, and they were not helpful at all. Will not be back.
So I just stopped in on 6-23-25 and walked into the lobby.... Not happy.... The kiosks are down so instead of taking your order at the counter they told me they were " drive thru only" can someone please for the love of all that is holy get people who can actually work and not rely on a computer to do customer service.... Oh and by the way the drive thru is AI... NOT EVEN A REAL PERSON TAKING YOUR ORDER
