Absolutely terrible establishment. 45+ minute drive thru wait for cold food and watered down drinks. Not even exaggerating. And you don’t get all of the food that you order/pay for. Have given this place 3 chances and I will gladly be driving a couple extra miles to go to a better Taco Bell from now on.
It's okay if you get the right days with the right employees....otherwise it's a crap shoot

Taco Bell's new Ai Drive thru ordering system is garbage and I will never go back to their drive thru again!
I am a DoorDash driver and this location is notoriously bad for their service and especially their wait times. 45 mins for a drive thru with 4 cars... They always close their lobby early, forcing you to wait in the drive thru, just to deal with their A.I. ordering system. Now they have been unplugging their online orders causing orders to take 2 hours to complete, going through multiple dashers. Waste of everyone's time and money.
