I’m very disappointed with this Taco Bell location. Multiple times, my coworkers and I from the Village of East Harbor next door have gone out of our way to visit, only to find the store closed early with the excuse that they have no staff. The hours say they close at 2AM, but more often than not the doors are locked at 1AM with no one answering in the drive through line. Got my girlfriends order completely wrong she asked for extra nacho cheese on her burrito but didn’t receive and and they up charged her a dollar for it completely not acceptable and will be questioning returning to this Taco Bell
Long drive thru wait
Taco bell worker Megan does not have a clue on how to count back change. When I advised her about the mistake she said oh it's only a dollar. Then she said it's the machine mistake. I wanted to ask her about the machine in her head. I asked for a receipt because she didn't give me one. She had someone else give it to me. This is not good customer service and I will be contacting corporate. I will not be back to this location.
