The drive thru was down and the person on drive thru were very rude. Then we go inside where it’s been customers waiting for service for a long time very bad service at this location
Taco Bell Corporation has learned that they can rob you off time. Take your money online, understaffed stores, create financially significant wait times, and then make refunds impossible. Poor corporate ethics, good human working at the counter though.
Went thru drive thru and the lady that was suppose to be helping me was taking a personal call like she wasn’t at work, then corinthia came with our food and saw that the lady wasn’t helping us then took our payment and gave us our food! She took initiative when her coworkers were obviously slacking! It’s good to see some ppl still care about doing a good job! Corinthia was very sweet and deserves a promotion and raise!
