The new updates are top notch. My favorite TB location in the OC. 🤙
No sense of urgency, no menu to look at besides the touchscreens, wanted to pay in cash, took forever to pay someone, no receipt back. Also, tatted employee, doesn’t look good. Get back to having someone at the register and an actual menu to look at for convenience, please.
I like the remodel, it feels much more open. I had the best tacobell from here last week. Great value, fast and friendly service. I like dining-in and studying here as they offer free wifi. It gets crowded and noisy at night, but there are plenty of seats.
Did a mobile order… didn’t want to talk to AI so I asked for a team member. Got told off for it and told to just say mobile order instead in the future… food was normal Taco Bell though… 🤷🏻♂️
