After a 10 minute wait for someone to even answer the intercom in the drive through and no complaints by me at all I went to bite into my tacos and found ice cubes inside of them
A joke of service and quality. Even for fast food standards. Between missing items and things being made wrong. The order screen took 10 mins or so just to order. For things to still be wrong. I don’t hate a wait when it’s worth it. But with a joke of service and crappy quality control, or a really a lack of effort. Not sure much of any of its worth it.
Food took 30 mins Chicken tasted like it was sitting out all day , wife’s tacos tastes like old grease . Lobby was extremely dirty&everything was sticky .
If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I was directed towards the kiosk, placed and paid for my order. 20 minutes passed I was not acknowledged didn't receive a drink cup, nothing. I had to get back to work, finally got the attention of someone behind the cou
