specifically asked for a quesadilla with ONLY cheese as i am a vegetarian. not only did i have to wait 30 minutes for this, but i get home and open the quesadilla because it smelled like meat and there’s actually no cheese in here at all and the entire thing was chicken?? i even confirmed with the woman - JUST CHEESE. thank you for wasting my time and money
You’re honestly better off driving to the Manchester location - it would probably be faster than the amount of time these people will have you waiting on the side of the building and at least the AI will get most of your order correctly. Three out of four of the items I ordered and waiting 30+ minutes for were completely wrong
This is the worst managed place I’ve ever been. Went through the drive through, was asked to go around the side, and waited 30 minutes for my food. This is unacceptable, it’s a Taco Bell, there no reason it should take this long.
