Broken equipment meant 20% of the menu wasn't available. Low on staff the service was slow. The poor manager was running like crazy to try and keep up, but it's a lot for a small number if people. One of those moved very slowly, but more importantly wasn't paying attention to orders at all. The food was ok, and the place was clean, but it was an unpleasant late lunch stop.

Super slow. If you don’t want to wait half an hour for a simple order, go somewhere else. As others have mentioned, they’ll take your money at the drive through real fast, then send you around the corner and let you sit.

I came through the drive through to get food for my family. It’s a taco bell KFC but I was told I would need to wait 30 minutes for chicken. I asked for a second to change my order, as the bucket of chicken I was ordering was meant to feed a few people. The lady named Michelle at the drive through began telling me I couldn’t have time to figure out a new order because she didn’t want her boss to yell at her for the timer on the drive through. One thing they arnt is short of staff, half of them just sit in the dining room while the rest chat at the window after they send you around the corner. I’ve gone to this place enough to know that nothing is going on in there after they sent you away, the food is bagged and sits there till they’re ready to bring it to you. Today I wanted to see for myself what happens and exactly what I’ve said above is exactly what I saw! Unbelievable, close the place down or hire people that arnt getting paid to gossip.

They take forever to give you your order and they do it wrong :( two times they forgot our sandwiches and French fries. The food is good though
