Spoke with manager Trey after ordering a 7 layer burrito minus beans and sour cream. Received a flour tortilla with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. When I called back I was repeated my order to me before I could say it myself. With a condescending tone was basically told oh well your mistake and was immediately hung up on when I ask for a daytime managers name.
I ordered a cantina power bowl but they ran out of beans so the manager (would totally write his name but only his initials were written on my receipt) was so kind to offer me a free dessert AND a free replacement cantina power next time I come in! But it didn't stop there! He even brought out the desserts himself to my table and added two more for my aunt and uncle who I was with!!!
