Slowest Taco Bell experience I've ever experienced food was subpar it had a weird taste that I couldn't put my finger on definitely will not be eating here again I don't like that you can't talk to a person when you order as well you have to order on a kiosk which is just ridiculous
Chicken burrito had a unsavory taste & I requested a replacement, the manager Anna tried to gaslight me & say i was tasting a lemon (sauce) flavor used with chicken burrito. I replied I did not like the patronizing tone she was using with me. My replacement meal honored at a later date. Anna did not leave a note for the following shifts to honor the replacement meal.
