I LOVE Taco Bell… and I was SOOOO excited to eat some last night & they disappointed me so bad! I’ve never had such a horrible experience with Taco Bell… and they did me so wrong. My tacos barely had any meat or cheese… & now that I am looking at the reviews I guess this location is known to give out BAD FOOD & service. Disappointing. DO BETTER! 🥲 I want to come back…

Had multiple people waiting 30 minutes to an hour for food, i get its late but thats absolutely insane
I am an Uber driver and came to pick up a customer's online order at 12:05 AM. I waited 55 minutes, but the order was still not ready. This caused a significant delay for both me and the customer. Restaurants should have online orders prepared in a reasonable amount of time, especially for delivery drivers who depend on timely pickups. Very disappointing experience. I hope Taco Bell improves its order management and driver
