Should be 0 stars. I visited this Taco Bell 8/21. I ordered a cantina bowl and was told at the window that they were currently out of rice. I asked the employee if they could then substitute the rice for something else to add to the bowl he left to check with his manager PAULLA who said no we cannot do that. I asked to speak with her and she then came to the window saying they cannot do that. I placed a delivery order albeit late, but at a reasonable time for when they close. My dasher waited a long time for them to make the food, only for when it to get here: all three drinks were incorrect (a lemonade, and two diet Pepsis with one being made dirty turned into some pineapple drink, and two normal Pepsis with one have less crème than spit you can gather in your mouth spat into it), a flattened burrito (which seems like policy for this place from other reviews I’ve read), as well as the most expensive item (the ch... read more

Rude just rude employee rolled her eyes and all yelled at the poor old man who was just trying to get his drink he paid for. She kept saying cheese is extra like ma’am he never asked for cheese!! She yelled at him “OK I heard you”! Clearly she didn’t this was at 1pm on 8/14
