We went through drive-thru. We had to wait quite awhile. When we got to the speaker to order I began ordering, I feel like I was ordering at a normal speed, the employee said, very hateful, WAIT A MINUTE JUST STOP.. I said ohh ok, sorry! She did apologize but late night at Taco Bell the employees should be experienced! Then when we got to the window to pay, it was a young boy, with pink weave in his hair almost to his butt. He was very quite, slow and shy! But. We got our food and moved on. It took probably 30 minutes.
Often understaffed or has equipment not working. Not fun to spend 10 minutes waiting in line only to be told the system is down and they can't take orders.
Well for a late night bite to eat, the opportunity arose where we could get our order mixed up unexpectedly... however upon finding out the mishap, they managed to go out of their way to rectify the situation exceedingly beyond our expectations. Kudos to Taco Bell
