Ordered a chicken quesadilla meal, no jalapeño sauce, baja blast, crunchy taco sub chicken, crunchwrap supreme, two soft tacos, two crunchy, diablo sauce. Went through drive through around 11:30pm. Drove back home about 10 minutes away to realize it was the wrong order. Drove back and went inside to correct it. Now we're back home. - Baja blast had so much ice in it, more ice than drink. - Quesadilla literally had one slice that was nothing but tortilla. Not even at all. - Crunchy taco has NO MEAT in it. ok.
Make sure you train your employees are properly trained to handle problems and stop being argumentative. If I place an order with the automated system and it acts up, please for the love of God help me make it right.
I go here for the convenience of picking up lunch for my kiddos after work maybe 2/3 times a week. On Father’s Day I went to grab a few party packs of tacos and the drive thru attendant was pissed to be doing her job.
