When they ask you to "pull around and wait" for your order. DONT. They've forgotten, lost, cleared my order multiple times. Glad they keep their fulfil rate low so they get their store award or whatever, but it hurts the customers.
This chain needs an overhaul. There is a reason this sign is on their counter. They got my order wrong twice. No service manager seems to be engaged. Confusion and disorganization. Go to another one if you can!
