Food was fine, but the cashier, OCashia B, was so rude that I didn't even finish my order. In the drive thru she asked multiple time for me to repeat. I then told her the screen was wrong, I ordered 2 tacos, not 4, and she yelled "THAT IS WHAT YOU ORDERED WHEN YOU DROVE UP". Yelling and accusing me of not knowing what I ordered is unacceptable customer service.
I place a mobile order every time I go to Taco Bell because it's faster for me so I placed my order on the app said it would be ready by 1202 other people came in a few mins after I did and they took there order and they got there stuff 5 mins before I got mine I don't understand how that can be but it's bullshit idk if it's the crappy systems this tacobell has or the people idk but 4 people got there shit before I got mine and I ordered way before them
Absurdly long wait time. Guy in front was on lunch from work, took 40 minutes and had to ask for refund. Staff was extremely rude and offered no compensation much less an apology.
