My Father went in for lunch that day. I almost cried at the level of discrimination he faced. My Dad is older, he is in his 50s not that good at technology, if he were good at it, He would be the one leaving this review. I understand that kiosks are meant to slow down the line at places, and are meant to help workers out when they are busy. HORRIBLE SERVER 9/15/2026 Don’t have a name but she’s a medium built young Hispanic girl . I asked her for sauces, I didn’t hear her so when I asked again she game me an attitude and said "we head you already, wait”. Then she literally threw them in the counter . I mean clearly doesn’t care about customer service . They are so focused in the Kitchen that they can care less what people need in the front counter .

1 star I used to come to this Taco Bell every single day because it was clean, the food was good, and the service was decent. That’s over. There is a manager (employees call her Rochelle) who is consistently rude to customers. It’s not a one-time thing. I see it every time I’m here. She talks to people like they’re bothering her just by existing. One day a woman had a problem with her order.
