While doordashing I had an order to pick up from here and the workers had no sense of urgency. I've worked for taco bell before and am aware of the speed standards. These workers would not meet that by any metric. They marked my order ready for pickup then had me wait an additional 20 minutes before I unassigned the order myself so as to not waste any more of my time that I could've spent much better on other orders.
Said open at 9am, but at 9:40am doors locked, lights out and drive threw closed. Do people not believe in work times anymore.
Horrible been waiting 30 mins all they care about is drive thru
Never answers phone but always serves chalupa shells hard as a rock
