Was good the first couple times going....the last few tho WOW messed up food made wrong or missing called and talked to the "manager" at night believe her name was Maddie but she's the worst person to deal with people.cant et the food replaced unless I come back now or in the morning or they won't believe it was messed up.ive never had a manager be so unaware of what she's doing and to top it off she made the food.thanks taco bell won't be back..... Worse customer service I have ever had. I called them because I placed it at the wrong location and they would answer but wouldn't say anything.And then I started cussing, and then that's when they wanted to say something and then they hung up on me because I had an attitude because they wouldn't respond until I cussed at them.After calling three times because I wanted to cancel the order.And I got it at the wrong location
Took more than 14 minutes for our drinks. I would not mention it if the staff would have let us know. They called my name for the food and just left us hanging on the iced coffees and ignored me as I stood at the counter. Four to five minutes later I finally got a rude "he had to make fresh coffee". I don't expect much from a "fast" food place but common courticy at a service business should be the bare minimum.
Usually this Taco Bell is a hit or miss, but this time was a miss. I orders through the drive-through and the guy on the speaker was talking, extremely quiet. I had to repeat myself more than three times. Then once I’m done ordering my food, they can’t make it. Foods was cold, and the new fajita steak and fajita chicken tacos are soggy! Ordered the nacho fried soggy as well and cold! I will never order from them!
