The night manager form 3/8-3/9 (white girl) is soooooooooooooo rude. I made my order before closing and when I pulled up it literally hit 3 and she told me I couldn’t get my order. Something she should have already made. When I asked for a receipt she REFUSED and told me to take it up with the app. So then I asked for the DM contact and she lied and aid she didn’t have it. Absolutely disgusting to use AI in the drivethrough
This taco bell is horrible, when ordering carry out, soft shell anything is always rock hard and void of any moisture, I sincerely doubt you would serve something like this to a dine-in customer, how can you grab a rock hard soft shell and expect your customers to enjoy eating this garbage? The old lady at the drive thru is akin to a witch.
