Visited this Taco Bell location on Van Dyke and 23 Mile Rd (Shelby Township) during the night shift, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff didn’t greet or acknowledge customers walking in — no “welcome” or basic courtesy at all. Food quality was fine, but the attitude at the counter made the experience unpleasant. Hoping management addresses staff training for the night crew, because right now it doesn’t feel welcoming to walk in.
A tad slow, but they don’t mess up the order much.
