We were picking up an order and the drive thru lady and the manager were very disrespectful arguing why we didn't tell them we were doing a pick up in the intercom. Later on we realized the lady's wanted us to that because they haven't started the order even though we placed the order 30 minutes before arriving.
I messed up my order, and they fixed it for me. Great customer service!
I was so ready to order happily til the worker who was taking the Order had me repeat myself more than twice on my order. As I got to the window she had a very bad body language attitude as I was getting my card out to pay. She never said Hi she never said thank you and she never said have a good day. She just handed me my food and card and closed the window. That was very rude and just unfriendly. Her name on the receipt shows Anabel R. Taco Bell please do better with your employees!
Employee at drive thru charge me for mine and someone else’s order. They will not answer the phone so I had to call corporate and they said it would take 3 days to hear back from them. Completely unacceptable. Very uneducated lazy employees and horrible customer service. I hope that they are ready to hear from Amex
