The attention I received at the drive thru window was not the best, I understand that she is an elderly person and maybe she is tired but she should give a good face to the customers.

Made an order online for pick up, it was taking a while for the order to be ready for pick up, so we drove to the Taco Bell to pick up our order only for the intercom to tell us that they are closed and the the monitors shut off. They don't close until 2 am, we arrived at 1:20 and placed the order at 12:48. i just don't get it.
