Food- Bean burrito, beans were very dry.
Ordered a California Crunch wrap and got this instead
Have not much to say beside that my burritos came on top of my soggy crushed tacos not sure if the tacos were pre made and had been sitting but they were soggy by the time we got back home to eat from the drive though( we live about 10-5 minutes away) I have never received bad service until this and normally they don’t seem to mess your order up but recently this Taco Bell has been getting sloppy
The food would be great if they made what was ordered. The difference in price from one taco to another is significant. However, if you pay for a supreme and not get it, they keep the money. Must be saving for the employees annual bonus. Please ask and double check all orders prior to leaving the drive thru. Otherwise the only recourse is to go back.
