Added in 2 substitutions to my order and I hate guacamole and asked to remove for a $22 order… hear a loud sigh from whoever was taking orders in the drive through on 11/4 around 8:00pm. Definitely charged for everything, yet order received the exact opposite of asked. When trying to circle back or call, revived to answer. I love taco-bell just wish this location could ever get it right no matter how many times we try and have high hopes…
They messed up on my order i drove back to get it fixed. I got an attitude from the associate. I asked for a small soda for the inconvenience they said no. Then she repeated the order back to us and said the wrong items. She got another attitude. All i want is the food i paid for. Another attitude she them took a picture of the food in the bag and said somethings I them told her I'll be contacting the managers about this. And won't be back.
Nice folks and fairly quick drive-thru service but I swear this Taco Bell gets my order wrong more often than they get it right, and certainly way more often than any other Taco Bell I've been to in the Portland area. Also they often serve really hard old stale chalupa shells. Even though it is notably further for me I will go out of my way to visit either the one on Northeast 122nd Avenue or the one on Northeast Glisan because they at least get my order correct.
I HATE writing reviews but I finally decided to put in my two cents here. I have been going to this location since they shut down the one off Sandy decades ago. Non stop mess ups. I occasionally order through the grubhub app, I'd say 80% of the time, part of my order is wrong or missing entirely. I work in the service industry so I get it when it's SOMETIMES but this is every time I order. I'm guessing management sucks and doesn't take the time to actually watch what their employees are doing and train them properly.
