The food will always look and taste like the workers are underpaid, overworked and want to end it all. I appreciate when the food is prepared well but it’s hit or miss. I don’t blame the workers, I blame the higher ups. The turn over rate is probably super high and they probably don’t train anyone there so it’s just a bad experience for everyone except the owners of Taco Bell.
We ordered door dash to the Taco Bell. I (stupidly, as turns out) got in the drive through, and they said there was no order under our name. Of course, I had to follow and wait for a couple cars ahead of me to get their orders. Then at the delivery window a surly person said they had no idea what order I was talking about. After I get home, I learned on the TB website that delivery food was on a table inside, where outside orders were placed. Nothing special, typical fast food. They did get our order right so that was a plus. Service was fast. The inside seemed clean.
