7:41 am with no one in the dining room and no one in drive thru. Ordered and asked for some breakfast salsa. Cashier confirmed order more then once and confirmed the sauces. Pulled up and paid was asked to drive around to the front door and wait for our food. Different guy came out making weird hand gestures maybe gang signs and pointing up to the sky. Checked bag no sauces and still had to go inside. Man you really can't catch a break with service in Norman. Its like they are purposely trying to annoy you.
I used the lobby kiosk to place my order. The kiosk ask irrelevant questions, such as which drink flavor (you have to make it yourself), which sauces (yet you get them yourself), etc. I ordered a Mexican Pizza with less than 50 percent of the ingredients it usually has and it was just terrible. I have pictures but there is no way to post them.
absolute waste of time, could’ve made the food myself while I waited on an order supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago
